Exchange/Return Policy:Refunds/exchanges are only eligible for products that are defective or damaged during delivery. Returns/exchanges will not be granted for fragrances that are not to your liking or preference once received. You may order a sample of that fragrance first prior to purchasing a larger product. We are heading into the busy holiday season. Once order has shipped, changes to it will not be able to be made. If a order is still processing and you need to make a change, please send a message and we will make every attempt to correct it prior to shipping.
In the event damaged has occurred during shipping, contact us within three days of delivery. Please save original box, packaging material, along with the product for inspection by shipper. we also recommend taking a picture of the items. a claim must be filed with the courier.
